Dahching Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. is an experienced resistance welding machine manufacturer. We specialize in producing resistance spot welders, seam welders, projection welders, flash butt welders, three phase welders and capacitor discharge welders. At Dahching, we also design and produce custom order welders. We can tailor make your welding machine to any application you need.
Our capabilities include manufacture of whole welding production lines for automobile and motorcycle rims, shock absorbers, water tanks and refrigerator compressors. Dahching resistance welders are also used by manufacturers of a diverse range of products. Our welding machine products manufacture oil filters, shock absorbers, brake shoes, fuel tanks, auto parts, satellite components, household electrical appliances, stainless steel kitchen ware, screws, and computer hubs. And this is just a partial list of products made by our welding machines!
Our special seam welding housing is our own patented design. And we are proud to be the only resistance welding machine manufacture producing low power consuming high quality transformers. Milestones
1980 Established in Banciao,Taipei County.
1983 Moved to Tainan, completed development of Heating Upsetting Machine, & entered the overseas market with excellent sales in Thailand.
1986 Agent for Miyachi Corporation (Japan), maker of fine welding machine controllers and other products.
1987 Established Taipei branch office.
1989 Received patent approval for specially designed Seam Welding Gun.
1990 Received patent approval for Water Tank Seam Welding Machine.
1991 Factory expansion.
1993 R&D of Fully Auto, Automobile Oil Filter Welding Machine & Vertical Shock Absorber Seam Welding Machine.
1994 R&D of Semi-auto Single Phase Rectifying Seam Welding Machine.
1995 R&D of Rechargeable Welding Machines.
1996 Established overseas market in USA. R&D of 3 Phase Rectifying DC Welding Machines.
1997 Intense development of fully automatic equipment.
1998 Whole Plant Equipment for Water Tank production.
1999 New plant construction started.
2001 Business expanded and moved factory to present location.
2002 Expanded overseas markets to include the Middle East.
2003 Completed R&D of: 3 Phase Seam Welding Machine; Fully Auto Automobile Shock Absorber Seam Welding Machine; & Tube End Forming Machine.
2004 R&D, manufacture of Whole Plant Equipment for Compressor production & Fully Auto Muffler Welding Machine.
2005 Expanded overseas markets to include Central America.
2006 Completed R&D of Fully Auto Y Linkage for Compressor production.
2007 Completed R&D of Grill Plate Welding Machine & Frequency Converting Transformer.
